“luhya” or “luuya” in lubukusu ALSO means “courtyard” and by extension a “homestead”. So “baluhya = baluuya” means people pf the same courtyard or homestead. Remember before migration all bantu people originated from the same place. They were people of the same “luuya”, had the same language or similar dialects, customs, way(s) of life. So anytime wecome upon someone of people with “had the same language or similar dialects, customs, way(s) of life”, they are people from the same courtyard/homestead like us, hence “baluuya = baluhya = people of our homestead/courtyard.
