Stone fortification built by Chetambe Ifile on a hill above Webuye town, western Kenya. Site of the 1895 Battle of Chetambe. Walls 12 feet deep and 12 feet above ground with six gates. Coordinates: 0°38N 34°46E. Now a heritage site.
