Nicholas Kipyator Kiprono arap Biwott (Born 22 February 1934 in Kerio Valley, Died 11 July 2017) was a Kenyan politician who served as member of parliament and cabinet minister of the Republic of Kenya. Biwott was also the founder and party leader of National Vision Party (NVP) of Kenya.
